Coventry Navigation 1 is providing Enhanced Access Appointments. Regular Evening and Saturday clinics will be delivered from COCHC/ Clay Lane Health Centre. Please speak to your practice to learn more. Important Update on GP Services Due to IT Outage We are aware of a global IT outage which is impacting GP appointment and patient record systems, causing disruptions to our local healthcare partner organisations. Please be reassured that the NHS has long standing measures in place to deal with disruptions like this and work is underway to fix the issues as soon as possible. If you experience a medical emergency, please call 999 as normal as there is no current impact on our emergency services. If you have an appointment, you should attend as normal unless you are contacted and told otherwise. To help us ease pressures on our primary care services only contact your GP if it is urgent otherwise, please use NHS 111 online by visiting 111.nhs.uk or call 111.
